Refund policy

We want you to love your skincare experience! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Items must be at least 50% full and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used lip products, sample sizes, or gift cards.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to process.

Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@17devoe.com with a photo of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll send a replacement or offer a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@17devoe.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. Pack your items securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping center.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or we made an error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
